The Consumer Lending team includes Home Lending, Personal Lending, and Dealer Services, including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.

Our Customer Excellence team focuses on customer feedback and strives for operational excellence in order to strengthen our consumer-centric culture and optimize the customer experience.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Works on enterprise wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign

  • Develops business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates

  • May support to M&A integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role

  • May coach teams in six sigma process and tools

  • Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology

  • Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business

Candidates for this position are expected to be able to perform the following:

  • Focused understanding of risks and controls

  • Work with Microsoft Office suite

  • Provide training and act as a mentor to less experienced team members

  • Identify risks and opportunities associated with redesign/improvement decisions and ensures alignment with business strategic plans

  • Prioritize responsibilities to balance various initiatives and deliverables

  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills

  • Work independently to develop recommendations and solutions

  • Leverage business acumen in order to effectively deliver relevant information to business partners

  • Influence others to drive results and bring issues to resolution

  • Demonstrate analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem solving skills

  • Exhibit performance excellence criteria such as leadership, strategy, customer focus, measurement/analysis and knowledge management, team member focus, operations, and results

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of operations analysis experience or 5+ years of business process engineering experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
