There is vast variety in the work you will do such as:Communicating effectively with internal and external clients regarding complex record keeping issues, special timing requests, and routine employee data.Ensuring client needs are met by providing consolidated, timely, and complete reporting. This may include communicating on complex plan administration procedures.Recognizing and researching unusual or complex situations and providing prompt resolution to business partners and clients.Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our recordkeeping system, plan, contract and pension documents.Qualifications:While we prefer candidates with prior retirement experience but not required, successful candidates will have:High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of related work experience required.Basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services.Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.The ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall goals.A basic understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications such as Express, IBPM and Salesforce, etc.Strong skill sets with Excel and WEBI reports, including v-lookups.Principal is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
