Robert Half has teamed up with one of Des Moines' largest banking and financial institutions in search of a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on contract to full-time basis. We are searching for highly motivated candidates with previous customer service experience. Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform a variety of loan servicing tasks

  • Respond to calls from customers and agents in a call center environment

  • Handle calls in a timely and efficient manner The working schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm This position includes competitive pay and full benefits with the ability to earn incentives based on performance once brought on permanently. *All candidates must undergo a background check and provide 2-3 supervisory references in order to be eligible for consideration.
