Responsibilities

  • Responsible for properly tracking and responding to all customer inquiries, whether by disseminating to other team members or personally responding.

  • Prepare communication for customers and provide input for customer questionnaires, with minimal supervision.

  • Create, update, and review product documentation including labels, spec sheets, safety data sheets etc.

  • Create, update and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and forms.

  • Maintain proper regulatory and quality documentation.

  • Support Change Management Tasks.

  • Review and request supplier documentation, as needed.

  • Create and distribute reports, as needed.

  • Support external audit(s) of service and raw material suppliers, as needed.

  • Support audits with regulatory agencies and certifying bodies, as needed.

  • Follows and maintains an environment of food and/or feed safety in compliance with rules and regulations, as applicable.

  • Must work closely with cross functional teams (including Customer Service, Sales, Operations, R&D, and other Regulatory and Quality groups.)

  • Other duties as assigned to support the Regulatory and Quality teams.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience OR

  • Associates Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Analytical ability for logical thought processes, attention to detail, and good mental organization.

  • Must be able to work independently and as a team.

  • Must be a self-starter.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Must have a solid understanding and adherence to the Servant Leadership Philosophy.

    A post-offer background check and drug screen is required. Additional pre-employment requirements may be necessary based on position.
