Prestage Waste Water Operator - 3rd Shift in Eagle Grove, Iowa

Summary Oversees the daily functions in the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure the continued flow of product to include inspecting the equipment and making the appropriate adjustments to maintain, diagnose, and make the chemical changes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Monitors control panels and wastewater equipment and making the appropriate adjustments to valves to regulate flow of product. Maintains log of operations and records meter and gauge readings. Always wearing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as assigned in your work area. Follow USDA regulatory compliance, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, and SQF program for product performance and safety.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
