Conagra Packaging Machine Operator in Hamburg, Iowa

Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $18.28 an hour

Be a part of one of the most nostalgic, snack foods product team. You will tend, adjust, clear jams, restock the machine; hand pack cases; stack cases on pallet; oversee palletizer; and do general help tasks. In event of you absence, coverage will be provided. You will report to the Operations Manager. As part of the Conagra Brands team you will

You Will:

  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment.

  • Prepare and Maintain production and quality documents.

  • Maintain work area in a clean manner.

  • Maintain food safety and quality.

You Have:

  • High school diploma or GED and three to six months related experience.

  • Read and write English for comprehension of written assembly directions and completion of Production/QA documents.

  • Able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 55 pounds.

  • Flexibility to work on different packaging equipment.

  • Troubleshoot maintenance and production issues.

  • Work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position.

  • Regular attendance to ensure production goals requirements are met.
