Knowledge of medical terminology. Basic computer skills (ability to operate windows system).Duties:Sterilization and assembly of equipment, supplies and instruments according to prescribed procedures and techniques. Prepare instruments for mechanical and manual decontamination processes. Pick up soiled items from clinics and nursing units. Sort, assemble and label instrument trays, single packaged instruments, linen and supplies for sterilization.MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:1. High school graduation or equivalent, with courses in the physical and natural sciences and mathematics; or2.
