Title: Settlement Auditor - 33477

Your Responsibilities

As a Settlement Auditor for John Deere Financial, you will identify and communicate potential credit concerns to the credit group. You will research and respond to dealer requests for information and support related to systems, dealer statements, and wholesale finance terms and incentive programs. In addition, you will:

  • Audit dealer settlements based on the published guidelines and policies

  • Verify appropriate supporting documentation for credits, including floor plans, retail notes and leases, and incentive bonuses and rentals

  • Follow-up on discrepancies identified in the settlement processes and/or various audit reports

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in customer service or in a business related field

  • Experience utilizing attention to detail to review data/documents for accuracy and completion

  • Experience working through ambiguous situations while maintaining high productivity

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience with problem solving account and balance discrepancies

  • Experience using various computer applications/programs, such as Microsoft Office

  • 1+ years of experience working in the finance industry

  • Experience with accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc.

Education (or equivalent experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management discipline
