This position will beresponsible for, but not limited to:
Accountable forpreventative maintenance, routine maintenance and all capital projects managedat the location.
Responsible for theday to day activities of the maintenance shop and equipment and inventoriesrelated to maintenance activities. Facilitate the development of maintenanceschedules and allocation of team members to complete schedules. Possessknowledge of machines, equipment, and worker capabilities to meet identifiedtimelines.
Serve as site contactfor all capital projects and monitor and manage progress to ensure projects arecompleted in time and budget parameters.
Participate as a keymember of the Location Management Team and Extended Location Leadership Team.
Ensure completion andupdating of appropriate records, documents, and/or reports (e.g. ISO9000,inventory, quality records, training manuals etc.). Implement and monitormaintenance KPI’s and ensure analysis is conducted as needed forplant/production activities.
Coordinate businessplanning development and review for assigned areas, including establishing afive capital plan, including defined project scope and projected cost. Alsoresponsible for establishing a three-year maintenance plan and estimated costs.
Lead the assignedteam in developing resources plans for shift and/or seasonal labor needs.
Lead the planning ofoff-season maintenance to ensure critical and non-critical equipment isserviced or replaced.

In order to bequalified for this role, the following is required:
Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering
3-5 years of industrial maintenanceexperience (including machine maintenance)
3-5 years of supervisoryexperience
Capital Project Managementexperience
PLC Programming Knowledge
Mechanical & Automationknowledge
Excellent Communicationskills including presentation skills
Problem solving and analysisskills
Computer skills – efficientin Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
The following skillsets are preferred by the site:
Ag Engineering OR MechanicalEngineering degree
DPS/TRACC, LEAN/SMED, Six Sigma experience
