Title: Senior Developer - 27654

Your Responsibilities

As the Senior Developer you will perform software development for a dealer sales solution web based application. You will be considered an expert within the team on tools and technology in use. In addition you will:

  • Operate within an Agile team and participate in all aspects of that teams work.

  • Work within established guidelines such as coding standards, workflow, or tool standards.

  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members.

  • Be expected to work with junior members of the team by pairing, coaching and review.

  • Provide input into the product development strategy and roadmaps, as needed.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in roles that required demonstration of excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in roles that demonstrate a desire to and successful achievement of solving problems and excellence working in a team environment.

  • 5 or more years’ experience with Java development.

  • 1 or more years’ experience with Node.js development.

  • 1 year or more years of experience with Amazon Web Services technologies (such as: Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, etc. ).

  • Agile development process experience.

  • Experience with XP Practices (such as: Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, Test Automation).

What Makes You Stand Out

Other areas of experience or interest that will help us place you on the right team include:

  • Experience with Salesforce™ development.

  • Experience in roles that demonstrate a strong ability to work with complex host applications requiring high performance and scalability.

  • Experience with applications development environment, database, data administration and infrastructure capabilities and constraints.

  • Experience working with off-shore development teams.

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:

  • Bachelors of Arts/Science in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent discipline.
