Inputs can be related to any of the company key performance Indicators, safety, quality, cost, productivity or processes etc. Lead a range of improvement projects for technology, engineering, supply chain, and service operations. The ideal Senior Process Improvement Project Manager candidate will have good people skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross functional teams at all levels, able to influence and build strong professional relationships. 5+ years' experience with leading process improvement initiatives across a variety of departments within a company, process improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Management, etc,. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, extraordinary diligence, solution-oriented way of working. Ability to work autonomously and provide progress reports.
