This position can be very stressful at times due to the nature of the position however it is also a very rewarding career.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Work with patients to help them obtain medical equipment and home care services- Work closely with and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, medical providers and insurance companies- Collect important information and schedule deliveries of supplies- Follow up with patients to ensure they are receiving the highest standard of care- Timely answer telephones, emails and faxes- Take messages as needed and provide answers to questions from patients, staff, and insurance companiesRequirements:- 2 years + of previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment- Must have excellent critical thinking skills- Must have communication skills- Ability to multitask- Must have strong time management skills in order to prioritize heavy workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines- Must be able to speak SpanishBenefits:- Pay increase to $13/hr once hired on depending on work performance and attendance- After one year of employment, pay will increase to $14/hr based on performance- Opportunities for growthFull benefits package available once hired on including the following- Employee Stock Ownership Plan- 401K- Health Insurance- PTO- Paid Holidays
