Supporting and growing the local community is at the forefront of this company's mission and values.The Branch Manager will be responsible for successfully building and maintaining long term relationships with members and maximizing the use of the Credit Union's products and services to serve it's customers/members, employees and community to positively impact their financial well being.Duties Include:*Seek out opportunities to enhance the Credit Union's presence in the community by developing relationships with organizations within the community their branch is located in*Encourage and support branch staff involvement in local organizations and community events*Maintain a high level of service & sales leadership through training, coaching, and team building*Ensure the credit union strategic initiatives, core values, and service standards are upheld *Dedicate time to provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring of sales and service staff to improve or enhance job performance and develop new skills to achieve goals*Effectively offer feedback to help employees improve*Oversee the day to day operation of the branch and monitor activity*Have comprehensive knowledge of security procedures*Monitor all systems and promptly resolve any issues*Manage the overall direction, coordination, and timely evaluation of branch staff*Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws*Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and training of branch personnel*Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and discipline employees *Address complaints and resolve problemsMinimum Qualifications:*Must be eligible to register with the NMLS and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)*2+ years Management experience in Retail Banking*Attention to detail*Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:*Bachelor's DegreePay- $56,000 to $74,000 / yearHours- Daytime, Monday - Friday, some Saturday morningsAdditional bonus package based on company and branch performance, available on a bi-annual basis.
