FARMERS STATE BANK Ag/Commercial Lender in Alburnett, Iowa
A retirement in our Alburnett office has opened up a rare opportunity to join FSB as an Ag/Commercial Lender. In this role, you will inherit a loan portfolio to service, develop, and grow.
If you are new to commercial lending and have strong credit experience or you are an experienced lender looking to make a change, this is a great opportunity to join our team. Primary responsibilities include:
- Make and service a wide variety of secured and unsecured loans
- Develop new business and expand existing relationships
- Interview applicants interested in obtaining a commercial loan
- Underwrite commercial loans and makes credit decisions to approve or decline
- Manage and service loans to retain high quality levels within the portfolio
Bachelor's degree or equivalent direct work experience. 3+ years related experience in credit and/or lending. Highly motivated and skilled in developing business and building relationships.
