Aventure Staffing Production Operator in Algona, Iowa
$15/hr Starting Pay, Full-Time, Eligible for Weekly Attendance Bonus!
Our client Corteva Agriscience is looking for reliable team players with great attendance records and adherence to safety to fill their seasonal, full-time Production Operator positions in Algona, IA! Must be flexible and open to working a variety of shifts and schedules – eligible for shift premiums and weekly attendance bonus!
Responsibilities of the Production Operator:
Engaged in the process of conditioning, treating, packaging and warehouse activities associated with the production of seed corn
Ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures
Maintains safety standards and initiates & follows emergency procedures when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Production Operator:
Must be able to work up to work a rotating schedule
Must be able to work independently
Benefits of the Production Operator:
Starting Pay: $15/hr ($600 each week!*)
Paid Every Friday!

Compensation for the Production Operator:
Starting Pay- $15/hr
Shift premium up to $1.25/hr
Weekly attendance bonus is available!
