Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Product Support - Parts Operational Support Admin Supervisor. This role will be a working supervisor responsible for supervising, guiding and mentoring team members in day-to-day activities such as system/process support for front line users. This role will coordinate all activities of workers in their department, plan and administer policies relating to all phases of department activity by completing their duties personally or through subordinate employees. Flexibility for this position to be based out of many of our branch locations.Responsibilities:Working supervisor to provide support for front line parts operational usersSchedule subordinates to ensure support coverageMonitor parts operational LanDesk tickets for timely resolutionTest new releases prior to move to production to ensure current processes are still validIdentify common issues to:Determine potential training needsDeveloping system issues that need to be addressedTransaction volume issuesProvide guidance to team members to ensure all activities are getting done timely and accurately such as:Monitor daily tiles for issues that need to be addressedPO's disputesSales orders not invoicingSales orders on holdUnsourced parts (Shop and Counter)Back orders not processingArrival journals not processingOpen BOM journalsOther department activities as assignedPropose new solutions to issues encounteredDocument and communicate business process changesBack-up marketing program activitiesQualifications:2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred3-5 years administrative or user support experienceSupervisory experience is preferredStrongwritten and verbal communication skillsBasic skillswith Microsoft Office and Dealer Business Systems SoftwareThrives in a fast-paced work environmentGreat organizational skillsPersonal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Efficiency, Planning and Organization, TeamworkTravel:Up to 10% travelMinimum Physical Requirements:Using hands, talking, hearingThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
