Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in screening resumes and applications against precise criteria to identify qualified candidates. Your responsibilities include scheduling interviews, drug screens, and handling other communication duties related to the hiring process. You will also schedule candidates for New Hire orientation following a scripted process and maintain records on recruiting activities. Your role involves approximately 75% of time screening walk-ins, calling or emailing candidates, and 25% sourcing and screening.

Work Environment
On-site in Amana, full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with flexible hours between 7am and 6pm. Saturdays with advance notice to assist with career events, typically from 8am to 12pm but could vary.
