We are actively seeking experienced and organized Director of First Impressions to join our team at Cyclone Contracting located in Ames, IA. This full-time position is for someone who has excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person is responsible for answering phones, fielding calls, while distributing them to the necessary person or department as needed. While conveying in every conversation the Cyclone way of operating by, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor for every call. While also providing crucial administrative support to the departments.
Job Functions may include, but not limited to:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.
Creating and/or modifying various documents using Microsoft Office programs and varies other tools and programs.
Your personable attitude, multitasking abilities, and strong organizing skills will help ensure the success of Cyclone Contracting.
Experience in Customer Service position
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with a multiple line phone system preferred
