Zoetis is currently offering an exciting opportunity to join our Performance Analytics team in our Ames, IA office. We are seeking a Billing Associate to assist with daily billing duties. This role will include:Take ownership of the process for collecting late payments and updating payment informationMake phone calls to customers regarding paymentsSupport the implementation and execution of a new collections processLearn the billing process and assist the sales and customer success teams with billing questionsUtilize our CRM and analyze processes for ways to improvePerform other duties as assignedWe are seeking an individual that can exhibit conduct that is consistent with the Zoetis Mission and Vision, and with its Core Beliefs. Perform billing duties in an accurate and efficient manner. Perform duties according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
