Fairview Health Services Property Manager in Ames, Iowa

We are looking for a Property Manager to support our Senior Cooperative in Ames, Iowa! This position manages and supervises the day to day operations of the homeowner association including, site staff supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and tenants. This property manager schedule includes;

  • 64 hours every two weeks

  • Full time, Day shift; Monday - Thursday

  • No Weekends! On call for Maintenance Emergencies

  • Provides leadership and supervision to staff

  • Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction

  • Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records

  • Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary

  • Understands the association governance and the sale process

  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required:

  • Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date

  • Three to five years of previous experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, Activities

  • Solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications

  • High-level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adults

Preferred:

  • Associate Degree

  • Five to ten years of previous experience

  • Experience working with Seniors
