Aerotek Quality Engineer in Ames, Iowa
Manage and develop quality processes, systems, and department.
Work with production on and SOP updates or training on changes.
Follow up on any quality issues from customers, perform root cause to correct the issue and then follow up directly with the customer.
Implement on any process improvements on the floor or office to improve Quality.
Analyze quality performance. Gather and evaluate metrics and present any findings to management and production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
3+ years in quality engineering, any industry
1+ year in customer facing quality role
