Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for RN-Infusion Nurse for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: prepare and administer chemotherapy and biologics, phone triage, assist physicians with clerical work associated with their practice, patient education in the area of treatment and disease management along with traveling with Oncologists to outreach clinics.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Certification/License
Possession of Current State Registered Nurse license.
Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
Oncology Certified Nurse preferred.
Days: 4 - 10 hour days with Saturday rotation
Hours: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM.
Experience
Previous McFarland Clinic experience preferred
Computer/EMR experience
Prefer Oncology and/or Med Surg experience
