Job Responsibilities You will join a diverse team of supply chain professionals who are involved and also drive local as well as global supply chain projects. By organizing workshops, drive or participate in the local and global projects you optimize and develop continues improvements for our supply chain. Additional you can expect the following:Be active in the project management part as in participate, coordinate and lead local and global projects and project models;Work with master data and ensure that all relevant fields are maintained and updated on time;Work on documentation of processes, evaluate and develop documentation and therefor secure development and optimization across different plant locations;This in not only limited to plant locations but also for business units and other industrial area's;Plan and organize workshops to establish solid process knowledge, develop the competencies, nurture the creation of a lean and change culture;The development and implementation of KPI/PI to support departments development and directions;Work on data availability and the comparison of available data;Participate in the creation and development of global and local policies and strategies.Background and Skills To be successful, we expect you to have a degree in engineering and or supply chain. Preferably 2 years or more of professional experience in project management, supply chain and or similar technical production environment. Additionally, we are looking for:A self-driven person who takes initiative to get things organized and done;Good communication skills and able to convince and influence other people. Often you end up in situations where you need to persuade and convince others to follow and participate;Be an inspiration to others and lead by example. Not only in your own team but also towards other groups of colleagues and project teams;Experience working with SAP, BW, Root cause Problem Solving (RCPS) and Power BI; Ge familiar with logistic processes, VSM, KanBan, Vendor Management Inventory and Consignment Stock;Have fluent (in word as well as in writing) English language skills.
