Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedCustomerInsightsAnalystto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpretingcustomerdata to generate actionableinsightsthat drive strategic decision-making. This role will focus on understandingcustomerbehaviors, preferences, and trends to support operational strategies, product development, and business growth.

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources (CRM, surveys, website analytics, social media, etc.) to understandcustomerbehavior and market trends

  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop dashboards, reports, and visual presentations to communicatecustomerinsightseffectively to stakeholders across the organization

  • CustomerSegmentation: Identify and analyzecustomersegments, providing detailed profiles that inform targetedcustomerexperience and product strategies

  • Trend Identification: Monitorcustomertrends, feedback, and preferences, and deliverinsightsthat drive operational capabilities,customerexperience development, and overall business strategy

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, product, and other teams to aligncustomerinsightswith business goals and initiatives

  • Research & Surveys: Design and executecustomersurveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather qualitative and quantitative data oncustomersatisfaction, loyalty, and product usability

  • Forecasting & Prediction: Use predictive analytics and modeling techniques to anticipatecustomerbehaviors and market opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

  • 2+ years' experience incustomerinsights, data analysis, or a similar role

  • Proven experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Access, etc.)

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)

  • Experience with CRM systems and survey platforms

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools (Chat GPT, Azure AI, etc.)

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

  • Experience incustomerjourney mapping, UX research, or consumer psychology

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques forcustomerdata analysis

  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment

Physical Requirements

  • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods

  • Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
