Summary
Under the direction of the Business Office Manager:
Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills in providing varied levels of assistance to residents, families, and visitors (typically during off-business office hours)
Provides timely and accurate information and direction to visitors while protecting patients' rights to privacy
Monitors security of entrance / exit doors, answers the phone, and performs filing and/or other unskilled business office duties as assigned
Participates in resident activities and other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
Must be a minimum of fourteen (14) years of age
Must possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Position involves direct resident contact and requires attentiveness to residents' personal needs and schedules
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Additional Information
Job Type: Seasonal
Shift/Schedule: 8a-11a, Saturday and Sunday; Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $12.50/hr-$14.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Weekend Differential: $0.50/hr
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
