Robert Half is hiring for an Office Manager for a well respected client in the Quad Cities area! As a key member of our team, you will be the main point of contact for visitors, handle the main phone line, and manage day-to-day operations. You will also be tasked with office supply management, event coordination, travel arrangements, and assisting with onboarding activities. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Day to Day Duties Include:

• Facilities Management: Ordering and managing all office supplies.

• Customer Service: Acting as the face of the division for both internal and external customers.

• HR Liaison: Ensuring a positive atmosphere and coordinating celebratory events.

• Onboarding: Facilitating training for new hires in the office, planning welcome lunches, preparing schedules for all, and uploading their photos into their profiles.

• Travel Coordination: Assisting with any travel arrangements as per the manager's personal preferences.

  Requirements

Skills We're Looking For:

• Resourceful: Ability to pick-up and work through tasks independently

• Personable: Excellent communication skills with team members, customers, and suppliers

• Effective time management: Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize work

• Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently

• Familiarity with both Microsoft Office and Excel

• Adaptability: Being able to pivot when needed and provide assistance when necessary
