Job Title: Operator

Job Description

We are seeking to enhance our team by adding 5 operators who will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes. Responsibilities include minimizing scrap on each machine, preparing for and monitoring product changeovers, verifying line clearances, comparing cycle times to standards, packing bottles to support packers during breaks, verifying the correct operation of downstream equipment, ensuring the production of good quality bottles at restarts, performing daily and weekly preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, performing minor repairs, and completing production line reports. Operators will also be responsible for identifying and reacting to various sounds and alarms, and assisting the material operator as needed.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Work Environment

Operators will be working in two shifts: 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am, covering 15 days of the week. Specific details on temperature and cleanliness of the work environment will be provided after a facility tour.
