Job Description

As an Inventory Technician, you will be responsible for pulling cycle count documents from SAP, physically counting parts across all possible locations including an offsite warehouse, and following a reconciliation process for any inventory discrepancies. You will enter counts in SAP for posting, check and complete validation count sites, close out requests, and track inventory issues using spreadsheets. Additionally, you will make recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and collaborate with assembly, machining, and logistics teams to address inventory concerns.

Skills

• Mathematical aptitude

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Experience with SAP

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in AMES, Iowa.

Work Environment

The work shift is 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with gloves.
