[Team Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a production worker/palletizer for a pristine manufacturer in Burlington, IA. Team member will operate a palletizer machine and perform quality checks and rework on metal cans. Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00am M- Fri until hired on then schedule will be different Pay: $13.00 per hour [Responsibilities of the Production Worker ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
- Operates manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep production lines at maximum productivity.
- Continuously monitors quality of product and follows established protocols when defects are found.
- Performs rework (can and chipboard) effectively and efficiently to keep Hold inventory at minimum levels.
- Completes all required documents for purposes of traceability, production reporting and quality requirements.
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost and productivity.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Able to work at high speeds and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for entire 12-hour shift.
- Dependable and flexible to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
- Able to work with little supervision.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
