Description:Lead Main Dish - Satellite at B.H.S.
Class 1, 7.25 hrs/day, 180 days/yr., Hours
Frequent lifting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand motions. Occasional climbing, pushing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Lift and carry 10-20 pounds frequently. Must possess range of motion and manual dexterity to enable proper completion of job duties.
Must wear uniform and hairnet at all times when cleaning food service areas. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures while standing and/or walking.
Organize and pre-plan work schedules so production goals are met. Maintain records as necessary to forecast quantities needed. Put food in proper boxes for delivery to satellite schools. Notify manager of supplies needed. Maintain safety regulations at all times. Prepare food items as required following standardized recipes. Maintain proper temperature of food at all times. Coordinate production with delivery schedule for all satellite schools. Operate food line terminal. Prepare daily reports as required. Check in food returned from satellite schools and store it properly. Monitor and respond to daily instruction sheets from satellite schools. Clean hot and cold food boxes returned from satellite schools. Participate in general cleaning of kitchen areas, storerooms, and kitchen equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
