Description:Job Summary:This position is responsible for providing education leadership through Carroll Community School Distruct cirruculum and to facilitate learning that challenges and supports all students in an equitable and safe environment that meets Board Policy and building educational goals. Qualifications:
Demonstrates ability to enhance academic performance and support for implementation of the school district's student achievement goals.
Demonstartes competence in content knowledge appropriate to the teaching position.
Demonstrates competence in planning and preparing instruction.
Uses strategies to deliver instruction that meets the multiple learning needs of students.
Uses a variety of methods to monitor student learning.
Demonstrates competence in classroom management.
Engages in professional growth.
Fulfulls professional responsibilities established by the school district.
Performs other duties as may from time to time be assigned by the Superintendent, Principal or Designee.
