Job Responsibilities: - Operates rotational molding machinery following strict adherence to processes to produce quality products.

- Communicates with all team members on shifts to ensure consistent methods and results. - Can successfully operate the machine; set up molds on the machine, properly load, unload, and care for molds. - Follow process to produce consistent high-quality products.

The Machine Operator plays one of the most pivotal roles at Centro in molding a quality product. The quality of the molded part is critical to how our customers view Centro. Our customers rely on Centro for parts that are cosmetic, that have the right dimensions and properties, and perform well in the field. Many industry leaders put their name on Centro's product and their reputation hinges on the molded product's ability to perform in the field. Much is at stake, and we rely on the MO to apply strict process control and perform religious mold care and maintenance in producing each molded part. It is only with dedicated and quality conscious MOs that we can achieve any of stretch goals in our strategic plan and our quality objectives.
