Description:
Under the leadership of the Clinic Director and MBS Director, serves as the primary contact for day-to-day operations of the assigned clinic site. Coordinates the daily operations and responsible for both patient and provider flow within the clinic. Works jointly with functional leaders of Patient Accounting, Patient Access and Information Management. Implements policies and procedures for the operation of the clinic. Evaluates processes and makes recommendations for improvements. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision, values, and culture of MercyOne.
What you will Do:
Coordinates the bariatric surgery program
• Bariatric program development
• Patient and staff education
• Oversight of BSCOE compliance and MBSAQIP requirements/accreditation process
• Administers bariatric multidisciplinary team meetings
• Acts as a liaison between clinic, hospital, and bariatric surgeon(s), including any general

80 hours biweekly (.1.0 FTE)
*Minimum Qualifications: *
Current Iowa RN license. BLS. MRT
Associates Degree
2 years medical office experience.
