We are currently looking for an Inside Customer Support Representative in Cedar Falls, IA. What You'll Be Doing :
Provide legendary customer service
High level of product knowledge
Maintain a consistent and positive image when interacting with customers
Friendly, helpful , and understanding handling of all customers
Identify customer needs and provide solution based support
Innovative solutions and approaches
Serve as a vital link between district sales representative, the company, and the customer
Serve as a liaison between customers and departments
Advise customers of all changes affecting orders
Facilitate communications with company in order procedures
Follow through on customer issues, ranging from billing, products, and services
Engage in Customer Care and Departmental Goals
Interact and communicate in a professional, positive and efficient manner
Problem solve customer issues, ranging from billing, products and services
Provide accurate order entry, update customer order guides and be a general information source, always striving for 100% order accuracy
Engage in ongoing product and insight training
