Position Description:

Provides tutoring in select area to Upward Bound high school students in person or virtually; tutors students in the following subject areas: Math, Science, English and Foreign Languages; records time spent with each student; completes Progress Reports for each scholar; participates in Supplemental Instruction Staff meetings, either in person or virtually; and completes time cards each week.

Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 2:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. in person at Waterloo East or Waterloo West High School; and evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. virtually via Zoom.

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least a college sophomore or higher and have at least a 2.75 gpa in the selected subject area; be dependable; and have your own transportation required.
