Fiserv Business Process Manager (BPM) Consultant in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
What does a great BPM / PS Advisory Services Consultant do?
You will perform high-level and in-depth discovery and analysis of the client’s goals and business requirements to provide the client with recommendations for improvements to and/or creation of Business Process Manager workflows including standard methodologies for existing solutions and organizational/process changes. Perform BPM administrator duties for any client that has agreed to Fiserv’s BPM Administrator Service and that candidate has been assigned to. Assist in defining and analyzing project scopes and system requirements to meet business and client needs and may deliver training and assistance in the testing of multiple configuration scenarios. Work will be performed both remotely and at client sites as determined in the initial discovery process. Participate in the planning and execution of the BPM Workshops, organized by Advisory Services. Have good organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent attitude towards work. You must be able to establish a good rapport with clients and team members and be very proficient in client communication. Find out more!

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of retail banking experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field required
Worked for or with a Fiserv core client with a particular focus on Fiserv’s Business Process Manager application
Client support experience working with both internal and external customers
Professional verbal and written communications skillset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed basis
Travel – 30% (post pandemic)
Must be able to work at a nearby Fiserv office post COVID pandemic
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
BPM Administrator or primary person responsible for BPM at a financial institution
Consulting with a focus on workflows
Presentations to senior management or above
Experienced in the production and delivery of hands-on training, webinar training, classroom style training, and ‘Train the Trainer’ courses.
