Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Trim Carpenters for projects located in and around Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $17-22/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
Tear out & install floors, walls, doors, outlets, painting, & finishing work
Ensure specific areas of site are cleaned & prepared with proper trash disposal & storage of materials, tools, & equipment including rubble, debris, trash, etc.
Operate a wide variety of hand & power tools
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Experience in the trade Preferred
Ability to lift & carry up to 80lbs & push/pull 50lbs at a time
Must pass Drug Screen
Reliable Transportation
Must possess Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
