Job Description SummaryUnder general supervision, will be responsible for reviewing daily reports, processing all corporate plan cash functions in a timely manner, maintaining monthly reports and performance worksheets, administering commission payment to external agents and maintaining commission files.Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in resolving items that are returned or unmatched.

Process all cash functions, report and monitor incoming wires.

Maintain reports, and commission files.

Maintain area logs and assist in the preparation of status reports.

Acts as a support for other functions in unit.

Qualifications

1-3 years business experience. Must be able to work independently but work will be quality checked 100% at first.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred. Skills Advantage Work Ready Certificate, Optional. Should have strong PC skills and be familiar with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment.
