We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Claims Administrator in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role primarily involves the processing of medical, dental, and vision claims, as well as providing customer service in an administrative setting. Responsibilities:

• Processing a variety of claims, including Medical, Dental, and Vision

• Handling and analyzing Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) claims

• Providing customer service both over the phone and at the front counter

• Assisting other staff members with various projects as needed

• Utilizing personal computers and general office software products for task completion

• Exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality of internal and external information

• Maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of parties, including management, staff, clients, and participants

• Demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Exhibiting a high level of attention to detail in all tasks

• Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills.
