Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
We are looking to hire customer service representatives!! This position is primarily a customer service position and will only be taking calls at first until they are fully trained. They will take anywhere from 40 to 60 calls per day. They will answer a variety of different questions about customers products, policies, payments status.
Responsible for conserving, maintaining, developing and increasing business volume through existing customers by phone. Develop internal and external customer relationships by providing understandable, concise, and accurate information through written and oral communication.
