CRST is seeking a qualified Equipment Sales Administrator to help organize, inspect, inventory equipment, and support other administrative functions. The Equipment Sales Administrator role will require a strong commitment to data integrity, scheduling outsourced transportation needs.

Division: CRST Equipment Solutions is our sales and service division. We pride ourselves on providing drivers with new equipment that they, and our customers, can depend on for safe, timely service. Our experienced team includes corporate maintenance, warranty, internal maintenance, licensing, external maintenance, independent contractor maintenance, and equipment.

Job Title: Equipment Sales Administrator

Location: Onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA (3930 16th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404)

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM -4:00 PM) or (8:00 AM -5:00 PM)

Job Summary: The Equipment Sales Administrator role will require a strong commitment to data integrity, scheduling outsourced transportation needs. As an Equipment Sales Administrator, you'll coordinate with internal teams, process orders, and handle data entry tasks, all while gaining valuable insights into the transportation industry.

Compensation: $19.48/hr. - $21.51/hr. Starting Wages (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range. For roles that are commission or bonus-eligible, your recruiter can share more details regarding the specifics for these positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Processes equipment sales requests and maintains equipment sales lists.

Tracks sales statuses, payments, titles, etc.

Coordinates with Internal Shops for the preparation of sale equipment.

Handles the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Microsoft excel preferred.

Job Requirements:

Successful completion of a CRST background check and drug screen is required.

High school diploma or GED is required.
