Our Cedar Rapids client is looking for an Executive Assistant who is up for a challenge! This Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting a small financial business with office duties such as answering and directing call, assisting clients and customers, providing excellent customer services, working with confidential information, and other general office duties. The executive assistant will need to be very detail-oriented, as well as organized. The executive assistant will also need to be proficient with the Microsoft Suite, but will also be willing to learn new software systems. This is a great temporary to full-time position that will pay between $15.87 and $18.18 an hour, based on experience and education.
