As the Intermediate Information System Security Analyst in Awareness and Training your primary responsibilities will be for assisting with the Global Information Security Awareness and Training program. In addition, you may assist with other defined tasks in support of the Information Security Program or Internal Controls Program, such Risk Analysis, Control Design within Applications and Services, Evaluation of Control Effectiveness, and third-party risk management.
What You Will Do:
Define and facilitate the execution of the global information security training and awareness program and activities, including role-focused additional trainings
Provide input, creates awareness and training materials and leads certain activities, such as hardcopy and online learning content, presentations, pamphlets, electronic communications (e.g., internal blogs).
Help employees and contractors understand their role in safeguarding information, technology and services by being an ambassador. Assist and show where policies, processes and procedures can be found and explain why they should be followed.
Tracks current and impeding laws, regulations and industry requirements and best practices, such as data protection, data privacy, cyber security and information security. Is able to translate requirements into practical solutions.
Provide consulting and support services for on-going Phishing campaigns
Support dashboarding of training activities
Gathers data, analyzes and drafts reports, including department, project, key indicators and dashboards. Assists with requirements and improvement plans.
Completes research and analysis of information security initiatives, including review of policy, program, process, procedural and technologies to understand awareness and training needs to integrate within program planning
You may also perform and lead certain procedural tasks found within control self-assessments and security exception/waiver processes, such as entering and reviewing critical assets and associated ratings, recommending action plans, submitting and reviewing security exception/waivers to asset owner.
You may also perform and lead certain procedural tasks found within third-party assessments, such as reviewing due-diligence artifacts, supervising tasks, reviewing results and recommending outcomes.
Ability to quickly develop excellent working relationships with peers and key stakeholders, such as business partners, communications, legal, internal audit, risk, and technology specialists.
Other duties as assigned based on department and organizational needs.
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction and all safety rules.
Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Computer Science, MIS, Auditing, Finance, or Business or equivalent education and experience required.
Up to 3-5 years of relevant work experience required, including experience with information technology operations and information security operations, business continuity and disaster recovery.
Knowledge and some experience with data protection, data privacy laws, regulations and industry requirements as well as best practices.
Preferred: Technology, risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, compliance or audit background helpful;
Preferred: Excellent time management and analytical skills.
Preferred: Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Preferred: Team oriented.

Preferred: Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $65,000 - $105,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
This position is also typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 7.5%.

Monthly Range: € 3.555,28 – €5.925,47 – €6.518,03
