Hiring Machine Operators in Marion & Cedar Rapids

Openings on 1st Shift, 3rd Shift, and Weekends

Paid Every Week

40 Hours & Overtime Available Every Week

• Set up and operate production machinery

• Make adjustments to machinery as needed to keep quality standards

• Load and unload parts and materials from machines

• Monitor production, troubleshoot breakdowns and perform repairs and maintenance as needed

• Perform quality inspections and testing

• Use basic math and measuring skills

• Stack products, package and palletize

• Perform sanitation on equipment and production areas

What You Need:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED

• Computer skills

• Problem solving

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, or walk for extended periods of time

• Able to lift 35-50lbs unassisted

• Experience in warehouse, packaging, loading, unloading, production, labor, forklift, and machine operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
