In partnership with OfficeTeam, a growing Transport firm is looking to hire a highly-skilled and motivated Office Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties. How you will make an impact

  • Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments

  • Oversee office facility

  • Route calls to the appropriate parties

  • Own the accurate submission of data

    Requirements

  • A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements

  • Complete tasks independently

  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

  • 1+ years of experience

  • Customer service experience highly desired

  • Background working with Microsoft Excel

  • Spanish Language experience desired

  • Microsoft Excel experience highly preferred

  • General familiarity with Excel VBA

  • Spanish Translation experience required

  • Adeptness in data entry

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

  • Deep understanding of bilingual marketing

  • Earlier work involving Microsoft Word

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel Formulas
