This position is for a Customer Service Order Administrator who is under direct supervision. Responsible for resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints and obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Works under direct supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.

  • Obtains customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.

  • Answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.

  • Resolves basic customers' service or billing complaints.

  • Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Performs duties related to overall customer service.

  • Provides support to sales team with regard to customer concerns.

  • Coordinates with sales reps to identify inside sales opportunities.

  • Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery.

  • May manage or work in call center for customer support.

  • Maintains knowledge of UTC organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.

  • Consistently documents customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality.

    QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR in absence of HS Diploma or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    QUALIFICATION WE PREFER:

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft O365 products.

  • Customer service experience.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 83,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
