Aerotek Scientifc Production Operator in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Description:

In this position you will be responsible for equipment operation in one of our production areas. You will monitor the equipment and production process to ensure we maximize our enzyme manufacturing. This will involve working with our process control system (Delta V), troubleshooting equipment and interacting with engineers to optimize the process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED • A.A./B.S. or a related degree in a scientific or technical field preferred • 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment • Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Computer experience with MS Office suite • Strong team player with an ability to function in a multidisciplinary environment • Ability to lift 55 pounds
