We are offering an exciting opportunity in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for a Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of our Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. Your work will involve a range of tasks from software design and programming to debugging and maintenance. One will analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software and web app enhancements. You will write code, complete programming, and mentor! You will also complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May collaborate with users to define systems requirements and/or necessary modifications. Knowledge of logical data modeling. This Senior Software Engineer role will be about 75% development and 25% system management and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and team building skills and be able to participate in software design discussions and guide the architecture of the solution based on good object oriented design concepts, and both industry standard patterns and Microsoft best practices. Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements for our SaaS applications

• Write code and complete programming tasks to improve the functionality and efficiency of our software

• Mentor team members and lead Scrum meetings to ensure effective collaboration and project progress

• Develop, modify, and implement SaaS hosted applications according to business requirements

• Utilize your skills in Backend Development, Bug Tracking, Client Side Scripting, and Database handling to enhance our software solutions

• Implement design and framework principles to create user-friendly, efficient software

• Use your knowledge of SAAS - Software As A Service, .NET Framework, and Azure DevOps to drive our software development projects

• Collaborate with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications

• Use your understanding of logical data modeling to create effective software solutions

• Manage system support and maintenance to ensure optimal software performance.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience in web development with a minimum of 5 years in the field

• Proficiency in backend development and client-side scripting

• Proven track record in bug tracking and resolution

• Solid understanding and experience in working with databases

• Expertise in CSS and design principles

• Familiarity with various frameworks, including Angular and .NET Framework

• Experience in working with SAAS - Software As A Service

• Ability to create and work with logical data models

• Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
