This position has primary responsibility for Digital Technology Management for Mission Systems and Avionics Global Trade. This individual will establish and maintain a close working relationship with the respective business unit representatives in order to provide strategic Global Trade guidance in support of business objectives/programs, ensuring compliance requirements are addressed at the earliest stages of all DT projects.
Hold monthly status meetings with Digital Technology BRMs and the Global Trade Directors to ensure alignment
Responsible for tracking and management of Global Trade DT projects
Responsible for successful integration of compliance requirements into all DT projects
Scope, schedule, and cost management.
Proactive change management and communications with the business.
Provides support for all critical Global Trade tools; TEXPORT, SAP, Sharepoint etc.
Administrator and approver for all Global Trade DT tools
Point of contact for all workflows
Global Trade DT Council representative
Global Trade DT assessment leadership, form completions, storage, and logging
CAP guidance, reviews and workflow approvals
Investigations & Disclosure support for DT Issues
Effective written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet multiple goals, plans and milestones
Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 7 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required.
