We are seeking a proficient Systems Administrator to join our Client's team in CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa. The main function of this role is to support systems and basic networks across the organization. As a Systems Administrator, you will manage servers and workstations, network infrastructure, and VoIP telephone system, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems, servers, and applications

• Monitor system performance to ensure high availability of resources

• Coordinate and conduct system upgrades, patching, and backup processes

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide tier two support

• Collaborate closely with teams on security system monitoring and incident response

• Perform routine system audits and generate reports

• Document systems configurations and operational procedures

• Conduct capacity and resources planning for system growth and scalability

  Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role

• Proficient in Firewall Technologies for network security and protection

• Demonstrable experience with Active Directory for managing networked resources

• Skilled in Backup Technologies for data protection and recovery

• Knowledgeable in Cluster Analysis for managing data and network performance

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware for troubleshooting and maintenance

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server for server management and operations

• Proficient in Linux System Administration, including system setup, configuration, and management Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
